Industry breakfast seminar: Pathways to High Performance Manufacturing

TTNA and Composites Australia are pleased to present this industry breakfast on Pathways to High Performance in Manufacturing with accomplished Hugh O'Donnell from High Performance Consortiumbusiness transformation facilitator and coach, Hugh O’Donnell (pictured at right).

Hugh will outline some key observations on the impediments to opening pathways to high performance in manufacturing; successful change management strategies and improving work flow in production initiatives such as RIPA (Rapid Improvement Project Activity).
